  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You had your first heart attack within the last month.
  • You live in the city center.
  • You can read and write.
  • You have no problems with walking or moving (like severe shortness of breath or joint issues).
  • You do not have other major chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or COPD.
