Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You are currently at MGH with a secondary (type 2) heart attack.
  • You are able to walk on your own (without aids or oxygen) when you leave the hospital.
  • You do not have serious heart conditions like end-stage failure or untreated valve disease.
  • You have not had multiple falls or a fall causing injury in the past year.
