If you are between 12 and 16 weeks pregnant with one baby and have a high BMI, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 45 years old
- You are between 12 and 16 weeks pregnant (ultrasound shows the baby's NT is normal)
- You are pregnant with only one baby (not twins or more)
- Your BMI is 35 or higher, OR your BMI is between 28 and 35 and you have at least one additional risk factor (such as a history of preeclampsia, high blood pressure, diabetes, or this being your first pregnancy)
- You are able to take aspirin safely (no allergy, no active stomach ulcers, no bleeding disorder)
- You are not already taking aspirin for another reason (like heart disease or stroke)
