Ultrasound muscle imaging to predict strength in healthy adults

This study uses ultrasound imaging to measure muscle quality and see if it can predict how strong your muscles are. If you're generally healthy and live in Spain, researchers want to understand how muscle appearance on ultrasound relates to actual muscle strength.
