Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You can follow instructions and perform breathing and grip strength tests reliably
  • You can form a tight seal with your lips
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or other neurological conditions besides Parkinson's
  • You do not have significant hand deformities that affect grip strength measurement
