  • You are between 45 and 70 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 24.9 and 30.
  • You can walk without assistance (like a cane or walker).
  • You have not had knee replacement surgery.
  • You haven't had a steroid injection in your knee within the last 3 months.
