Who can take part

  • Your child must be exactly 3 years old
  • Your family lives in the areas served by Folktandvården Danderyd or Järva
  • Both parents must sign a consent form agreeing to the study
  • Your child should not be taking any medication or antibiotics at the time of the exam
  • Your child must not have eaten, drunk, or used any oral hygiene products in the 2 hours before the dental visit
  • Your child should be willing to cooperate during the spit collection
