  • Child is between 3 and 6 years old (36 to 72 months).
  • Child is generally healthy, with no serious medical conditions like heart disease or immune problems.
  • Parent or guardian has agreed to join the study and signed a consent form.
  • Child does not have any birth defects of the face or skull (like cleft lip/palate).
  • Child is not currently in braces or other orthodontic treatment.
  • Child has not been on long-term medicines that affect saliva, and is willing to have a dental exam.
