- You have or had a cancer diagnosis.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You can do light physical activity (e.g., walking, gentle stretching).
- You are either waiting for treatment, currently in treatment, finished treatment in the last 3 years, or finished treatment more than 3 years ago but still have side effects that exercise might help.
- You can give written consent in English or French.
