Who can take part

  • You have type 2 diabetes diagnosed according to standard criteria (e.g., high blood sugar or HbA1c levels).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You can use a smartphone yourself or have a family member who can help you use it to share daily information.
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and let the hospital use your health data.
  • You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have severe skin problems or allergies to adhesives at the sensor site.
  • You do not have very high blood pressure (over 180/110 mmHg), serious heart or blood vessel disease, or severe kidney problems.
  • You do not have a history of mental illness or substance abuse.
