Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Have advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer (including intrahepatic, extrahepatic, or gallbladder) that is confirmed by biopsy or other tests and has not been treated yet.
- Be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0-1).
- Have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans.
- Have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood cells, and blood clotting).
