Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with biliary tract cancer (bile duct or gallbladder cancer) that cannot be surgically removed or has spread
- Your cancer has progressed despite prior treatment with gemcitabine-based chemotherapy combined with a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy)
- You have measurable tumors visible on imaging and can provide a tissue sample for the lab to grow your cells
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate; you do not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- You are able to undergo leukapheresis (a procedure to collect white blood cells from your blood) and tolerate the treatment
