Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced gallbladder cancer that cannot be completely removed by surgery.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself, and have normal liver function (Child-Pugh class A).
- Your blood counts and kidney function are within certain limits (e.g., adequate white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin).
- You have not had any cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy) in the past year and have no other current cancers (except certain cured ones).
- You are not pregnant or nursing, and agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 3 months after.
