Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your melanoma is stage II and started on the skin or on the palm/sole (not in the eye or a mucus membrane).
- You have not had any prior treatment for your melanoma.
- You are able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function are within certain limits.
- You are willing to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
- You have no history of autoimmune disease or serious bleeding problems.
