Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your lung cancer has been confirmed by pathology (biopsy or surgery sample).
- Your cancer stage is operable stage II–IIIA (or T3N1M0) with no distant spread on CT or PET/CT.
- Your tumor does NOT have common driver gene changes in EGFR, ALK, or ROS1.
- You are well enough for treatment and surgery (ECOG 0–1) and have acceptable blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart/lung function.
- You can provide enough tumor tissue for biomarker testing and you sign the consent form.
