- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You weigh between 110 and 220 pounds (50–100 kg) and have a BMI between 18 and 30.
- You are generally healthy, with no significant heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease.
- You do not have a history of drug or alcohol abuse, and you have not smoked or vaped in the past year.
- You are not currently taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications (including vitamins) within the last 14 days.
