Who can take part

  • You have had migraines (with or without aura) for at least a year, starting before age 50.
  • Your migraines typically last 4 to 72 hours if not treated.
  • You have between 4 and 14 migraine days per month over the last 3 months.
  • During a 28-day observation period, you must have at least 4 migraine days but no more than 14 headache days.
  • You can tell the difference between migraines and tension or cluster headaches.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
