Who can take part

  • You have soft tissue sarcoma that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You have had at least 1 but no more than 3 previous treatments for your cancer, and it has gotten worse on your last treatment.
  • You have not had prior treatment with a drug like zanzalintinib, cabozantinib, or certain immunotherapies (nivolumab, ipilimumab, pembrolizumab, atezolizumab, etc.).
  • You are 18 years or older and in relatively good health (able to do daily activities without major help).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, heart) are within a certain range, and you're not pregnant/breastfeeding.
