Who can take part

  • You must have one of these specific sarcoma types: undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS), myxofibrosarcoma (MFS), high-grade pleomorphic (HGPS), or undifferentiated sarcoma (HGUS).
  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans (at least 1 cm or larger).
  • You must have had a break of at least 4 weeks since your last chemotherapy treatment.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be working well enough as determined by blood tests.
  • You must not have had prior treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors or zanzalintinib.
