Who can take part

  • You are 14 years or older.
  • You have soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or can't be removed and has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in fairly good health overall (able to do daily activities, with good organ function).
  • You have not had treatment with irinotecan, temozolomide, or bevacizumab before.
