Who can take part
- You are 14 years or older.
- You have soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and it has gotten worse or caused intolerable side effects after at least one prior treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and are expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart) are functioning well enough, as shown by blood tests and other checks.
- You have not had treatment with irinotecan, temozolomide, or bevacizumab before.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use contraception if needed.
