Who can take part
- You had a heart test (such as an echocardiogram) and a lung test (such as a breathing test) within 12 months of each other at Xiangya Hospital between 2010 and April 2025.
- Your medical records include details like your medical history, medications, lab results, and imaging reports.
- Your heart and lung test reports contain key results like peak oxygen use, FEV1/FVC ratio, or LVEF.
- If joining the long-term part, you agree to be followed for at least 3 years and you live locally with no plans to move.
