Who can take part
- You have been newly diagnosed with lymphoma in the eye (vitreoretinal lymphoma) that has not spread to the brain or other parts of the body.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2).
- Your kidneys work well enough (a test called creatinine clearance of 60 or higher).
- Your liver function is normal or only mildly abnormal.
- You do not have any serious infections, other cancers, or heart failure.
- If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study. If you are a man, you must use condoms.
