Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your weight is at least 60 kg (about 132 lbs) and your BMI is between 24 and 28.
  • You are not planning to become pregnant or donate sperm for at least 8 weeks after the study, and you agree to use effective birth control.
  • You have no history of drug or alcohol abuse, and you do not smoke heavily (or can stop smoking during the study).
  • You have not had cancer, pancreatic issues, major surgery, or blood donation in the past few months.
