  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a high-grade glioma (grade 3 or 4) that has grown after standard treatment like surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy.
  • Your tumor is in one area and meets specific size limits after biopsy or surgery.
  • You are able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score above 70).
  • You do not need urgent surgery or have serious complications from previous treatment.
