Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of relapsed or refractory glioblastoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, or anaplastic oligoastrocytoma
- Your tumor has EGFR overexpression confirmed by pathology (a lab test on tissue)
- You must have at least one tumor spot confirmed by biopsy, and imaging alone isn’t enough
- Your overall health must be good enough (Karnofsky score 60% or higher) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months
- You can’t have had certain treatments recently (no chemo in the last 2 weeks, and no external beam radiation in the last 8 weeks)
