Who can take part
- You must be at least 12 months old and no older than 39 years at screening
- You must have a newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (and certain DIPG tumors) confirmed by pathology
- You can join even if the disease has spread to other areas or is multifocal (tumor locations throughout the brain)
- You must be able to share tumor testing or provide a tumor sample for molecular testing
- You can have had surgery and/or radiation recently, but there are timing rules for when treatment must start after radiation
- You (or your parent/guardian) must agree to the study in writing
