Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer.
  • Your breast cancer is triple-negative (ER-negative, HER2-negative, PgR can be positive or negative).
  • Your tumor is PD-L1 positive (tested on a biopsy or surgical sample).
  • You have had 0 or 1 prior chemotherapy for cancer that has come back, and you have not had paclitaxel or bevacizumab for that recurrence.
  • You received immunotherapy (like pembrolizumab) before or after surgery for breast cancer, and your cancer returned after that treatment.
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1), and you do not have untreated brain metastases, a second active cancer, or a history of lung inflammation that needed steroids.
