  • You are 18 to 75 years old
  • You have stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed with surgery
  • Your cancer does not have EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 gene mutations
  • You have not had any previous treatment for lung cancer
  • Your overall health status is good (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts within normal limits)
