Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have stage II to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has been confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your tumors must be able to be removed with surgery and treated with a special type of radiation therapy (hypofractionated radiotherapy).
- Your cancer must not have certain gene mutations (EGFR, ALK, or ROS1).
- You should be in good general health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 1 year.
- You must not have had any prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) for this cancer.
- Women who could become pregnant must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test; men must also use birth control during and for 3 months after the study.
