Who can take part

  • You are a professional e-sports athlete (paid for gaming).
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You game at least 35 hours per week.
  • You either have wrist pain (at least 3/10) or little to no wrist pain during gaming.
  • You have no history of nerve or rheumatic disease, no past wrist surgery, no recent wrist injury, and no pain meds in the last 24 hours.
