  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You are an active esports player at a university or professional level
  • You have been playing or training for esports at least 3 days a week for the past 6 months
  • You spend at least 3 hours each day on screens or gaming
  • You do not have a serious injury, neurological disease, heart/lung condition, or psychiatric disorder, and you are not on regular medication that could affect the study
