Who can take part
- Must have metastatic colorectal cancer that is mismatch repair proficient (MSS type) and has either MET gene amplification or MET protein overexpression.
- Must be 18 years or older and have cancer that has grown after at least two prior standard treatments.
- Must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Must be in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) with adequate blood cell counts, liver and kidney function.
- Cannot have had prior treatment with a MET inhibitor or have certain active infections or bleeding problems.
- Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use birth control; men must also use birth control during the study.
