Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has not spread to the liver.
- Your cancer is MSS or pMMR (meaning it has stable DNA repair systems).
- You have received at least one prior treatment for your advanced cancer, or you are unable to take those treatments.
- You are in good general health, able to perform daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1), and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood).
