Who can take part

  • You’re over 18 and have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
  • You can safely do low to moderate exercise and strength training (your doctor may need to approve if you have heart/stroke history)
  • You have (or can make) email and are willing to check daily emails and/or texts
  • You can use the internet on a phone or computer and watch videos by clicking links (YouTube)
  • You can read and speak English and can complete online surveys at the start, then at 6, 12, and 24 months, plus weekly check-in surveys during the program
