  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of FMF based on clinical criteria or genetic testing.
  • You are already scheduled for a routine endoscopy where a small tissue sample will be taken.
  • There is enough tissue sample available for analysis.
  • You are not currently using immunosuppressive drugs (except colchicine).
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease, severe infection, active cancer, or other conditions affecting the intestinal lining.
