Who can take part
- You must have prostate, breast, or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread only to your bones (not to other organs).
- Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least one standard treatment, like hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy.
- You need to have good kidney, liver, and blood cell counts, and be at least 18 years old.
- You must be willing to take a bone-strengthening medication (like bisphosphonates or denosumab) for at least one month before starting the trial.
- You cannot have had certain types of radiation therapy (like strontium-89 or radium-223) before, but you may have had PSMA-targeted therapy if it was at least 6 weeks ago.
