Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer must have spread and no longer respond to hormone therapy (called metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer).
- You must have had at least one type of hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or abiraterone), but no chemotherapy for this stage of cancer.
- A special PET scan (PSMA PET/CT) must show that your tumors are 'PSMA-positive' (they take up the scan tracer).
- Your PSA level must be above 2.0 ng/mL and rising.
- Your kidney function, blood counts, and liver function must be within certain limits, and you must be well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
