Who can take part

  • You are a man 18 years or older with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy and chemotherapy (or you could not have chemotherapy).
  • Your cancer is getting worse, shown by rising PSA levels, new spots on scans, or growth of tumors.
  • You have not had treatment with any other radioactive drug before.
  • Your latest PET scan shows the cancer cells have strong uptake of a special tracer (PSMA), meaning they bind well to the study drug.
  • You are in generally good health aside from cancer, with adequate blood cell counts and kidney/liver function, and a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
