  • You have at least 21 days before your scheduled heart surgery.
  • You are able to give your own consent to participate.
  • You can read and understand English well enough to fill out questionnaires and follow instructions.
  • You are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet on your own.
  • You do not have a severe or unstable medical condition (like heart, lung, or muscle problems) that makes it unsafe to exercise.
  • You do not have an unstable mental health condition that could interfere with the program.
