Who can take part

  • You must have a type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your cancer must be locally advanced, meaning it cannot be removed safely with surgery.
  • You must not have cancer that has spread to other organs (metastatic disease).
  • You must be at least 18 years old and in fairly good health (able to care for yourself, at least up and about more than half the day).
  • You must not have had radiation therapy for pancreatic cancer before.
