This trial tests a combination of targeted radiation and two oral drugs (defactinib and avutometinib) for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that hasn't spread to distant organs. It may be an option if you've already had at least 2 months of chemo and your cancer is still locally advanced or borderline resectable.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced pancreatic cancer that is considered borderline resectable or locally advanced (not spread to distant organs).
  • You have received at least 2 months of chemotherapy (like FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine-based) without your cancer getting worse.
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow function are within certain safe limits.
  • You have not been treated with a FAK or RAF/MEK inhibitor before.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and will use effective birth control during the study.
