Who can take part
- You have advanced pancreatic cancer that is considered borderline resectable or locally advanced (not spread to distant organs).
- You have received at least 2 months of chemotherapy (like FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine-based) without your cancer getting worse.
- You are at least 18 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow function are within certain safe limits.
- You have not been treated with a FAK or RAF/MEK inhibitor before.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and will use effective birth control during the study.
