Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
  • Your Parkinson's is at a mild to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stages I to III).
  • You are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have any joint problems or severe movement limits that make dancing hard.
  • You have not had major surgery in the last 6 months, and you don't have uncontrolled heart, lung, or cancer conditions.
  • You do not have severe vision or hearing problems that affect your balance.
