Who can take part
- You are at least 40 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor.
- You can come to testing and dance classes on your own or with a caregiver or family member.
- You do not have health problems that would make dancing unsafe.
- You do not have major memory or thinking problems (a quick test will check this).
- You have not been regularly doing moderate-to-hard exercise or dance (2+ times a week) in the last 3 months.
