Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have had a calcium-based kidney stone in the past 3 years or have high calcium in your urine (more than 5 mmol per day).
  • Your most recent kidney ultrasound or CT scan (within the last 6 months) shows no stone blocking your kidney.
  • You have been following a kidney stone prevention diet (high water, low salt, low protein) for at least a month.
  • You are not currently taking any medications to prevent kidney stones.
