  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with kidney stones made of calcium oxalate.
  • You are scheduled for a procedure called PCNL to remove stones.
  • Your kidney function is good, with an eGFR above 70.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
