Who can take part
- You are between 19 and 70 years old.
- You have had at least one calcium oxalate kidney stone (or your last stone was at least half calcium oxalate).
- You are not already naturally colonized with Oxalobacter formigenes bacteria in your gut.
- You are willing to stop vitamins, supplements, and probiotics for 2 weeks before and during the study.
- You are willing to eat only the foods provided during the study diet periods.
- You do not have advanced kidney disease, certain other health conditions, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
