- Your child is between 2 years old and 5 years and 11 months old
- Your child saw a doctor at one of these clinics: Neufchâtel-en-Bray, Val-de-Reuil, Le Grand-Quevilly, or Rouen Carmes
- Your child had at least two visits to the same doctor between ages 2 and 5
- You agree to let the researchers use your child's medical records
