- You are between 20 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, or your blood pressure is a bit high (systolic 120-139 and/or diastolic 80-89).
- Your current diet is not very healthy (a DASH diet score below 6).
- You own a smartphone and know how to use it well.
- You do not have serious heart or lung problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, or a mental health condition.
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant, and have not been in another research study in the last 3 months.
