  • Male must have at least 15 million sperm per milliliter in his sample.
  • Female partner must be between 18 and 34 years old.
  • At least 4 fertilized eggs are needed in each sperm preparation group.
  • Female partner must not have had repeated pregnancy losses.
  • Female partner must not have low ovarian reserve.
