Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have had chest pain or other heart symptoms (like pressure, tightness, or shortness of breath) that have lasted for at least 30 days, despite taking medication.
  • Your heart's pumping function (ejection fraction) is at least 25%.
  • You do not have a main heart artery blockage that needs a stent or bypass surgery.
  • You are willing to have a test to measure blood flow in your heart's small vessels (CFR) and to use a study app to track your symptoms.
